ShapeMed was a wellness and aesthetic based medical practice that grew to become a leading laser and aesthetic medicine center. It even re-qualified for the Allergan Inc.’s “Black Diamond” certification. On November 1st, 2014, ShapeMed was sold to Life Time Fitness Inc. where McKenna served as a National Medical Director up to July 2016.
In July 2017, Mark becomes the founder and CEO of OVME, a medical aesthetics company. The company is set on the reinvention of elective healthcare. As an entrepreneur, Mark says he attributes most of his success to voracious reading, active goal setting, meditation and surrounding himself with people smarter than he is.
Mark is originally from New Orleans, LA. He is married to Gianine McKenna, and they got two kids; Milana Elle and Pomeranian Ryder. He is an active entrepreneur, a dedicated community servant, a committed patient advocate, and a devoted family man.
