How Doe starts her day

Morning routines vary from each person making each one different and interesting. Some people keep it simple, while other have a complex system of morning rituals. Doe Deere, founder and CEO of Lime Crime, has a nice relaxing morning routine will make you like the cosmetic queen even more. Here a peek into her day.

Doe starts the day off early and loves it that way. At 8:30 she starts her day of to some stretching poses. It is important to get your blood flowing and get limber with some stretching. The unicorn queen says the key to staying hydrated and having healthy skin is to drink plenty of water. Each day, first thing Ms. Deere drinks a full glass of water. Stretching and water drinking aside Doe is ready for breakfast. You won’t catch her eating a gut busting breakfast full of fast and meat. She loves to keep it light and simple. The Lime Crime CEO loves yogurt, fruit, orange juice, and grits. Before she gets to her makeup routine she checks in with technology. Instagram, emails, and other social media she looks at to keep up with the trends. Doe also checks in the Lime Crime headquarters via the internal company chat. This way she can stay on top of things and be the best CEO ever. Next the successful entrepreneur does her beauty routine and makes it to the office by 12. If it is a super busy work day she will be there all day, but if not Doe usually ends work at 6pm. It is all in a day’s work and Doe works hard to make her customers happy with fantastic cosmetics.

The fashionista has always had a creative streak. Born and raised in Izhevsk, Russia the natural beauty loved playing around with makeup and dressing up. Often times she felt different and alone, but she stayed true to herself and eventually made a career out of her uniqueness. She moved to New York City from Russia at the tender age of 17 and never looked back. After a career in the music industry Doe pursued her own cosmetic line focused on cruelty-free vegan products that were very different and bright by nature, kind of like Mr. Deere herself. It was a huge hit and everyone loved the self expressive brand. Lime Crime is all about expressing your individuality with the makeup you wear. Learn more: http://limecrime.tumblr.com/

The Illustrious Career Of Helane Morrison

Currently, Helane Morrison is the managing director of Hall Capital Partners. She also serves as the chief compliance officer and general counsel of the firm. The San Francisco based company ranks as the leading investment company in California.

One of the unique characters of the corporation is that women run its operations. Before joining the firm, she worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). During her tenure at the SEC, Morrison represented the firm to the news media and various government agencies. I believe that Helane was inspired to join Hall Capital Partners partly because of the diverse leadership culture of the firm within the financial industry. It is my opinion that she was also partly motivated by the fact that after 2008 financial crash, most investors had not regained confidence of the financial professionals within the industry.

In light of her ongoing effort to have more fair and ethical business practices, Helane has come out as a fighter for industrial justice. For the last 30 years, I believe that Helane has been fighting against individuals that take advantage of people affected by the tumultuous economic circumstances. During the financial crisis of 2008, most financial institutions did not have safeguards against the demerits of the economic circumstances. With no other option, these firms were dependent on government bailouts. With increased unemployment rates, desperation among the populace was palpable. People lost trust over whom they could trust. Over the years, she has made numerous appearances on different platforms. Her main message has been on legal and compliance issues that affect private funds and investment advisers.
Previously, Helane worked at Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin. At this San Francisco- based law firm, she got the opportunity to practice law. After serving the law firm for 5 years, Helane was made a partner. Her major roles included SEC concerns, defending private security actions and business litigation.
